Day 1: How to Use Habits to CEMENT Your Relationship With God

Habits are a buzzword in the self-help community these days and for good reason. Habits are THE way to create the outcomes you want in your life. But can habits strengthen our faith and cement us to the Lord? YES!!! This presentation will show you WHY spiritual habits are the secret to a lasting connection with God and HOW to implement them in your life.

Day 2: How to Make Time for the Lord, No Matter How Busy You Are

As women, we are busy. We run households and companies and volunteer organizations. We hold callings and serve on committees. We are chefs, coaches, taxi drivers, homework tutors, make-shift psychologists, and after-hours nurses. Sometimes, it feels like everybody needs us at once, and there is little time for rest.

With all of the hats we wear, it is sometimes difficult to make time for ourselves, let alone the Lord. But this video will give you four actionable things you can do today to find space for God every day.

Day 3: How to Skyrocket Your Success Using the Power of Accountability

Karl Pearson summed up the power of accountability in this quote: "That which is measured improves. That which is measured and reported improves exponentially."

In today's short training, I will teach you how to use accountability to make exponential progress, even if you are only accountable to yourself.

Day 4: Identity: The Missing Piece in Habit Formation

Have you ever tried to change a habit by changing your behavior and then quickly fallen back into old behavior patterns?

Yeah, me too.

In order for a habit to stick, it has to become part of who we are. In his book, Atomic Habits, author James Clear explains, “Behavior that is incongruent with self will not last.”

So, how do we make our habits congruent with our identity, so they stick? I explain that in this video.

Day 5: How to SKYROCKET  Your Consistency When Building New Habits

Do you struggle to stay consistent when building new habits? Yeah, me, too! But consistency is VITAL in habit formation.

In this replay of a live training, I will teach you some simple tips that will help you be more consistent than you have ever been. (Even even you are the least consistent person alive!)

P.S. Download the Floors and Ceilings worksheet (that I explain the training) right here.

P.P.S. If you would like additional help and support solidifying your budding new habits, this offer is for you

Day 6: Fast Forgiveness: Our Rate of Progress Depends Upon It

Even for the most consistent among us, there will be days when we fail to complete our habits. That is to be expected because life happens and routines get interrupted, even when we are dedicated.

The question is: what will we do when we miss a day?

The answer to that question will determine how quickly we progress.

P.S. We are nearing the end of our challenge. I hope you have learned a few things that will support you as you solidify your spiritual habits. Would you benefit from additional help and support cementing your budding new habits? If so, this offer is for you

Day 7: End of the Challenge and Moving Forward

Today is the last day of our 7-day challenge. How did you do?

In this quick video, I share a couple of takeaways that I hope will help you as you move beyond this 7-day experience. Here's a quick summary:

  1. If you were super consistent last Thursday and Friday and struggled to keep up those new habits over the weekend, you are NORMAL. Don't let that stop you from moving forward.

  2. What is your WHY? Why do you want to strengthen your faith? Why do you want to develop a deeper connection to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ? Knowing and remembering your WHY will help you in moments of decision when you must choose between spiritual habits and something that sounds much more enticing. (And your why cannot be "because I am supposed to." Go MUCH deeper than that!)

  3. Progress over perfection. Our journeys will all look different. The most important thing is that we are pressing forward from wherever we are.

  4. If 4 habits are overwhelming, start with one or two and build from there. Do what is sustainable for YOU. (Refer to number 3 for further clarification)

  5. If you would benefit from further structure, support, accountability, and incentives as you CEMENT your budding spiritual habits, check out my Shine 40 Challenge. If you weren't able to stay consistent for 7 days, Shine 40 will still help you. It will meet you wherever you are and help you make the spiritual progress you want to make in a supportive environment. (Refer to number 3 for further clarification) Find out more and sign up here.

Above all, THANK YOU for being here. I will be around until the end of the week to help in any way I can. You are all ROCKSTARS!
